By creating a Mergus account or playing a match, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — no password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. Mergus is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to create an account.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
Your display alias is generated for you and shown to other players, alongside your match results — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's visible to whom. You don't own or control the trivia questions themselves; they're provided by Mergus.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account). This is immediate and permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to your data.
Mergus is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — it's a small, actively-developed project, not enterprise software.
To the extent permitted by law, MrJernberg AB isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Mergus. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be excluded.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Mergus after a change means you accept the updated terms.
