We do not collect device identifiers, location data, advertising IDs, or any data from third-party sources.
If you're matched against a bot player, the bot only ever sees the trivia question and category list for that turn — never your email, alias, or any other personal data. We don't use your data for advertising.
We process your data on the basis of contract — providing the game you signed up for. You may withdraw at any time by deleting your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored on Railway (infrastructure provider). Login codes are delivered by e-mail via our own mail-sending infrastructure.
Account and game data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account immediately and yourself, at any time, from within the app (Account → Delete account) — this permanently anonymizes your email and alias right away, no waiting period or support request needed.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights (beyond the in-app deletion above), contact support@mymomentum.se.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Your login session is stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), never in plain text.
Mergus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
